Custom Cabinet Construction
Devix offers two construction approaches, depending on the project's design and requirements.
Fully Stainless Steel Cabinets:
Custom cabinets manufactured with stainless steel construction for projects requiring an all-metal solution.
Hybrid Cabinets with Metal Doors:
Wood-based cabinet construction combined with custom metal doors and exterior components. This approach allows stainless steel to be integrated with wood cabinetry and other materials throughout the kitchen.
Ripple Effect Metal and Custom Plating
We offer a wide range of custom textured metals for cabinetry, including small and large ripple effects, hammered brass and stainless steel, and other specialty finishes.
For this project, the ripple-textured metal originally had a polished mirror finish. The designer wanted a satin finish on the cabinet door while matching the plating colour of the existing polished handle.
We custom-plated the metal to match the handle and applied the satin finish the designer requested.
Different textures, plating colours, and finishes can all be customized to suit the project.
Stainless Steel Cabinet Doors
We also manufacture custom cabinet doors using 304 stainless steel, with neatly welded corners and a clean, seamless look.
Available finishes include brushed stainless steel, high-gloss mirror polish, powder coating in virtually any colour, and custom plating in gold, brass, chrome, nickel, and other specialty finishes.
Doors can also be finished with a protective lacquer coating to achieve the desired look.

Special Finished Stainless Steel Cabinet Doors
We also offer highly customized cabinet doors with specialty finishes, including hammered metal with fine or large textures, available in matte, satin, or high-gloss polished finishes. Options include satin gold, custom metal colours, and decorative mesh inserts in a variety of patterns and finishes.
Large stainless steel pantry doors finished with a high-gloss mirror polish. The doors were fabricated and polished to create a highly reflective, uniform stainless steel surface.
